INGESOM develops, implements and carries out the implementation of a new SCADA application for data acquisition, energy and production, and develops a new web platform where data are displayed in the facilities of HIJOS DE FRANCISCO GAYAFORES SL, a manufacturer of ceramic and porcelain stoneware of the highest quality with innovative designs located in Onda, Castellón.

INGESOM implements the Energy Management System in the production center of the company EUROARCE located in Onda (Castellón), Spanish leader in raw materials for the ceramic industry, and integrates the production data to centralize all the information in a single database, which will allow you to cross data and obtain useful information such as the production obtained and its associated energy costs.

INGESOM as engineering specialized in automation and industrial software attends an Innovation Day in the new OMRON facilities located in Valencia, the event “Complete Solutions for Industrial Automation with Robots” has demonstrations of collaborative robotics, mobile and artificial vision equipment.

INGESOM performs technical assistance on a cardboard laminating and gluing machine in a factory in Brazil for Control Techniques, a world leader in the design and production of electronic variable speed drives for the control of electric motors based in Newtown, Wales. INGESOM manufactures a new panel to control the filling of tanks in the plant of an important raw materials distributor. The old switchboard was obsolete, now the hoses have been cleaned up, the electrical documentation is up to date and complies with current regulations. With the new panel, the customer can identify the connections in case of failures, simplifying the maintenance of the panel and reducing the working time.

INGESOM automates the filling of the feeding hopper and assembles a new control panel for the bagging machine that our customer has just acquired. As in previous projects, INGESOM also coordinates the actions to be taken by each company involved in the work, from the bagging machine manufacturer to the electrical installer.
