INGESOM performs a retrofit process in four Martin industrial machines for Grupo La Plana, an independent family business group, founded in 1973, dedicated to the manufacture of corrugated cardboard containers and packaging. It currently has four of its own production plants in Betxí and Onda (Castellón), in Cenicero (La Rioja) and in Igualada (Barcelona). It also has a network of assembly plants throughout Spain and Portugal, which guarantees supply and reduces logistics costs for its customers.

INGESOM installs a state-of-the-art OMRON HMI and PLC, replacing the existing ones, and modernizes its programming in a textile machine for Control Techniques, a world leader in the design and production of electronic variable speed drives for the control of electric motors based in Newtown, Wales.

INGESOM implements the production control system of parts and stop signals in the pressing and glazing areas of an important ceramic company in the province of Castellón. With this project, the client wishes to know and control the running and stoppage hours of the machines working in the pressing and enameling areas, as well as the reasons for each stoppage, in order to implement actions to minimize them and increase the plant’s productivity.

INGESOM automates the labeling system of ceramic biscuit loading trays and internal barcode assignment, for the ceramic biscuit producer company in red and white paste HERMANOS LLANSOLA located in San Joan de Moró (Castellón).

INGESOM adds new machines of plant 2 in the production control already implemented in the company GRES DE LA MANCHA S.L., a leading manufacturer of glazed ceramic material of high strength, durability and low absorption located in Les Yébenes, Toledo.

INGESOM performs a modification of a mill control panel of an important raw material distributor. Thus, INGESOM engineers program the HMI screen and the existing UNITRONICS PLC to automate the material shipments, selecting the mills of origin and the silos of destination.
