INGESOM visits the industrial automation center that OMRON has in Barcelona, which has software and robotics development areas, a course center and a show room. It is OMRON’s fourth such center worldwide, joining those in Japan, the United States and China.

This project modifies the programming of a Schneider industrial PC. In addition, the communications network, managed by an OMRON PLC, has been expanded to include a new head-end, allowing the shipments coming from the mills to be loaded into the newly incorporated silo.

INGESOM programs, designs and carries out the commissioning of the new control cabinet that will manage the last mill acquired by our customer. The tasks to be performed by each of the companies involved in the project were also directed and coordinated, including the mill manufacturer, the electrical installer and the specialist in the weigh belt scale that feeds the mill.

INGESOM modifies the program of the machines at the kiln entrance of INCOAZUL’s facilities, manufacturer and distributor of porcelain stoneware and red body located in L’Alcora (Castellón). A touchscreen HMI has also been installed to make it easier for workers to obtain interactive graphics, and for users to manage alarms and recipes.

An extension of the Web management application previously developed by INGESOM is carried out, to monitor energy consumption in real time at machine level and thus have greater control over production costs.

INGESOM programs a software for shutdown control and registration of reasons for shutdown in real time for the glazers, presses and sorting area of HIJOS DE FRANCISCO GAYAFORES SL, a manufacturer of ceramic and porcelain stoneware of the highest quality with innovative designs located in Onda, Castellón.
