INGESOM modifies the program of the machines at the kiln entrance of INCOAZUL’s facilities, manufacturer and distributor of porcelain stoneware and red body located in L’Alcora (Castellón). A touchscreen HMI has also been installed to make it easier for workers to obtain interactive graphics, and for users to manage alarms and recipes.
The software upgrade allows the machine to increase the speed of workpiece unloading, making it possible for the grinding machine to work at full capacity. It also prevents snagging on the line and prevents gaps in the furnace, ultimately increasing plant productivity.
