INGESOM modernizes software for biscuit loading machines

INGESOM modernizes the software of the loading machines in the facilities of INCOAZUL located in L’Alcora (Castellón), manufacturer and distributor of porcelain stoneware and red body. The replacement with a new PLC and the communication of all equipment with each other, considerably improves the speed of the machines and reduces downtime in production.
The implementation of a touch screen allows a greater number of alarms to be entered and interactive graphics to be accessed in an easy and intuitive way for operators. In addition, prescription management has improved significantly, speeding up changes and reducing human error. It is now possible to memorize more types and times, speeds, accelerations, decelerations, planes, format size and compenser have been added.
