INGESOM improves real-time parts counting
INGESOM improves the production control system of the porcelain line of a well-known ceramic company. The data capture equipment located in the enameling machine and furnaces has been replaced by three OMRON PLCs with Ethernet connection, which reduce mismatch errors in parts counting, simplify communications and increase their speed.

INGESOM updates the software of the unloading machines in the facilities of INCOAZUL located in L’Alcora (Castellón), manufacturer and distributor of porcelain stoneware and red body in different styles, colors and formats. The modernization of the program makes the unloading machine at the kiln exit go faster and feeds the grinding machine correctly so that it performs at its maximum capacity.
INGESOM continues its close supplier/customer relationship with the multinational OMRON.

This project modifies the programming of a Schneider industrial PC. In addition, the communications network, managed by an OMRON PLC, has been expanded to include a new head-end, allowing the shipments coming from the mills to be loaded into the newly incorporated silo.
