INGESOM modifies the programming of the press area and automates the link to unify two presses to a dryer in a ceramic company that allows it to increase production considerably.
The mobile section that unifies the two presses has a folding arm that facilitates the passage of both operators and molds, optimizing the working time in the plant. In addition, the communication between the PLC and the drives has been done using Ethernet IP communication avoiding unnecessary wiring.

INGESOM designs and develops a SCADA for vat filling control.
INGESOM designs and develops a SCADA application for vat filling control following customer specifications. With this solution, human errors in the plant have been reduced almost entirely, as operators need permission from the application before loading a vat of a certain material.
The general synoptic allows users to quickly visualize the status of the silos, showing the load levels, alarms, the vats inside the factory and the pending loading orders, speeding up the work of the employees.
The SCADA application is installed in the loading offices where operators monitor the existing tank trucks in the factory in real time. In addition, in a very intuitive way, the customer can see the traceability of the different loads, significantly increasing the control over them.
