“In the first phase of a production control, data acquisition, lies the key to the smart, hyper-connected factory.
\nThe system to be used must be able to adapt to the particularities of the production process and be integrated as naturally as possible into the tasks that operators already perform on a daily basis.
\nThe team that develops it must be able to interconnect with the different control systems, for which it is essential that they know the operation of each of the machines
\nThe basis of the data acquisition system will serve for the complete integration of the existing machines in the Industry 4.0 system
\nProduction controls are systems in continuous evolution. The basis of the chosen system must be flexible enough to adapt with the least effort to these changes, and at the same time be prepared for a complete integration with the new systems and machines acquired when the customer so desires.<\/p>\n
