Part 2"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>An extension of the Web management application previously developed by INGESOM is carried out, to monitor energy consumption in real time at machine level and thus have greater control over production costs.<br \/>\nAt the Hermanos Llansola SL plant, network analyzers are installed in the different existing machines, such as ovens, presses or conveyor systems, to obtain real-time electricity consumption data.<br \/>\nThanks to INGESOM&#8217;s production control system, consumption data is identified at machine level for each machine involved in the production of a production order, in order to allocate the energy cost (electrical moment) in the same production order.<br \/>\nThe Web management application allows the visualization of the production result of the production order, with its associated costs and other indicators.
