The tasks to be performed by each of the companies involved in the project were also directed and coordinated, including the mill manufacturer, the electrical installer and the specialist in the weigh belt scale that feeds the mill.<br \/>\nThanks to this expansion, the well-known raw materials distributor will be able to significantly increase production by adding a new mill to its plant, which will enable it to meet its customers&#8217; orders more efficiently.<br \/>\nIn addition, plant operators will be able to quickly and intuitively view the overall synoptic through the touch screen located on the control panel and switch from automatic to manual mode according to the needs of the moment. They can also monitor the values of the mill&#8217;s analog and digital signals, and if they are incorrect, a warning alarm will be issued immediately so that the error can be rectified.<br \/>\nIn addition, with a view to achieving greater control in the plant in the future, the installed touch screen has an Ethernet connection that will facilitate integration with a SCADA application for production control, as well as allowing remote monitoring.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>INGESOM programs, designs and carries out the commissioning of the new control cabinet that will manage the last mill acquired by our customer.
